The sun is out and the beautiful rays are shining on all of us. We can enjoy the beauty of the day and make it the best. It is a great way to begin the week. Take the energy of the sun and turn it into whatever you want it to be. This is a beautiful time to be thankful and grateful that we have this day to live, share and enjoy. Take a walk, meditate, pray, have coffee with a friend, call a friend but most of all make what ever you choose to do be a happy choice. Remember you are the captain of your ship.
