Each Day is a new beginning.
When you wake up in the morning how are you feeling? The day has just begun so it is up to you how you choose to live it. If you wake up feeling good that is a very good start. Keep the feeling of good in your heart and soul. If you wake up feeling not so good there is something you can do to make it better. Remember you are the captain and don't forget that. My second book Straight from my Heart is a collection of true stories that will warm your heart. I also included poems written from my heart. You will find the stories in this book not only mine but of other people just like you. Reading an uplifting book will be a sure way to help you. The messages will lift your spirits and help you have a great attitude towards life and the day ahead of you. I was always a journal keeper and this lifted my spirits. This is what inspired me to write my experiences to share and help others. It helped save me from a tough day that I "knew" was ahead of me. A Thread of Hope is another book that I wrote mainly to help others to never give up. No matter how low you can feel in a day there is always another day that will be better. The day you are feeling low hang do something to help you through the day. Don't dwell on negative thoughts, find a positive thought. Hanging on to that thread of hope if that is how you feel, can be your saving grace. There is always a positive spoke in your life. Do you have a family, a loved one that is in your bubble. Are you able to get up in the morning day and even make yourself a cup of coffee/tea? Can you take a nice walk? Even smile more during the day even if you don't feel like it. It's catchy. These are just a few simple things that help you with better attitude. A negative attitude will lead you no wear except depressed. Who needs that? Not me!! It is being thankful for what we have instead of what we don't have. I learned through my own personal life that I am positive because of my own spirituality. My faith and my belief in Jesus has helped my positive attitude in life. You each have to find what works best for you. Thank you so much to each and everyone of you for all your love and support. I am so grateful to you all. You have helped me in more ways than you know by reading my blogs. I write them in hopes that it will reach others and help them in any way they need "A thread of hope" and this is "Straight from my Heart." Love and Blessings. Jacqui
