Hello all my Warriors, Conquerors, Family and Friends. Blessings to you all.

An inspirational writer talked about all of us being "overwhelmed" versus "overcome"! Her name is Lisa Kottenstette. So I am not taking credit for this quote. However I would like to reflect my thoughts.

I have said in the past I am thankful for what I have instead of what I would like and don't have . This quote reminded me of how life can deal us trials and tribulations. When you feel overwhelmed reflect on your life. Think of all the things you have conquered and made it through. Think of all the trials, tribulations, illnesses, losses you are going through right now. Sometimes they all seem to come at once and bundle up into "stinky" role . It feels unbearable and feels like you are sinking in a pile of quicksand. You don't feel like you can escape. However "YOU CAN" and you always do. Think of all you have overcome and still do each day as you take each breath. Once again it's how we look at things that gets us through. We can choose to be a Conqueror or a victim. We can choose to be happy or sad. We have free choice, how blessed we are to be able to make that decision. I draw on my spirituality and praise God for the wisdom that helps me see the positive in my life. I am so grateful and I am so blessed. So as live each day add this to your mindset that you "overcome" each day of your life. Give yourself a "high Five" a pat on the back because YOU are a conqueror, you believe in yourself and you NEVER give up. Blessings, God's grace and angels sent to you. Love you all.
